Wade A. McNair is a dynamic Coach, Consultant and Communicator with over 15 years of experience in Talent Management, Corporate Learning, Leadership, HR and Organization Development.
Wade is actively engaged in coaching and consulting with corporate, non-profit and faith-based organizations. He is a gifted communicator and the creator of the myKUBE™ Seminar & Workshop Series, the Authenticity Equation™, and the Total Engagement Model™.
In addition to his professional practice, Wade is an Adjunct Professor at at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, teaching in the areas of Group & Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, OD and Change, and Industrial / Organizational Psychology.
Wade most recently published the 2nd Edition of RelateAbility™: Working Together to Make Work Life Better along with his new book AdaptAbility™: How to Rise and Shine When Shift Happens. In Spring 2019, Wade will launch his third book LeadAbility™ as part of the myAbility™ book series.
